• The Vincent United Methodist Foundation was created in 1987 for the purpose of promoting and financing religious, charitable and educational projects of the church which are separate and apart and outside the regular operating budget of the church.  Investment income from donations is available for this purpose.   Examples that may qualify include:  missions, youth programs and camps, capital additions to the church and property improvements.  All requests for funds will be reviewed by the Foundation Board of Directors, and funds awarded may be disbursed on a matching basis.
• The Vincent United Methodist Foundation Board of Directors include the Pastor of Vincent United Methodist Church, a member of the Church Leadership Team and nine (9) additional persons, all selected, designated and appointed as a member.  Regular meetings of the Foundation Board are held at the Church with a quorum required for the transaction of business.
